Your body is craving for detox if you constantly feel tired, with no energy, your skin is pale and dry, and you have dark circles around your eyes.
When the body is full of toxins, it’s susceptible to infections, viruses, and flu, so you have to cleanse it in order to energize it and restore its vitality.
The weekend detox plan that we are going to show you today provides many health benefits, as it cleanses the intestines, kidneys, liver, lymph, and lungs.
For the best effects, it’s recommended that you do it two times a year for 10 days or at least only for the weekends. Also, make sure to exercise regularly, or to walk, swim, run, and drink nettle, dandelion, and birch tea.
