Ingredients

  • 300 ml of clean drinking Water
  • 1 tablespoon of organic Honey
  • 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
  • Fresh Lemon juice

Preparation

Before starting, soak the chia seeds in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, filter out the soaked water and keep chia seeds in a bowl. Now again, pour a glass of drinking water on the chia seeds and keep them soaked for an hour. Now, after an hour mix the lemon juice in soaked seeds. Transfer the mix from to a blender jar and blend it to make the smoothie. Then Pour the remedy in a glass and add some honey. Drink the smoothie fresh every morning on an empty stomach and the results will be noticeable soon!
