Tips how to enter during the day, a sufficient amount of water and so satisfy important rule of each child:

 

  1. Before each meal, drink two glasses of water of 2.5 Deciliters. If you eat three times a day, this way you will enter an 1.5 liter of water.

 

  1. As soon as you wake up in the morning and in the evening before bed, drink two large glasses of water and so you enter up to one liter of water.

 

Additional tips:

If the water you drink before you go to bed rest at night because you have to urinate, that glass of water you drink in the morning as well. For even better effect you can add lemons, cucumbers, watermelon or some other plug-ins.
